Coro & VendomeCoro, Inc. is the largest costume jewelry company. It was founded by Cohn and Rosenberger early in 1919, producing reasonably-priced jewelry. Many Coro pieces are avidly collected, including their duettes, sterling pieces, and many intricate older pieces. The Vendome label was made by Coro beginning in 1944. Vendome was a high-end subsidiary of Coro, replacing the Corocraft label. Helen Marion was the principal designer for the Vendome line beginning in the early 1960's.
