DeMario

Robert DeMario started his career as a freelance jewelry designer prior to World War ll. In 1945 he founded the Robert DeMario Company in New York. The company was in existence till the late 1950's when DeMario retired to Florida. His beautiful pieces had similar beading, hand wiring and pearl details to those of Miriam Haskell.

Contrary to belief, DeMario never worked with Haskell. Because DeMario was in business for such a short period of time, his pieces are not often available and are treasured by collectors. DeMario is sometimes confused with Robert Levy founder of Robert Originals.
